The aim of Strategy 2018 is to take the Volkswagen Group into the lead within the automotive industry. In terms of achieving this goal, the objectives are to increase customer satisfaction, enhance the Volkswagen Group's attractiveness as an employer, be the first choice for university graduates and young academics and improve return on investment and growth.
Achieving these objectives calls for outstanding products that are developed, marketed and produced by a dedicated team with in-depth technical expertise. As part of a learning and teaching organisation, AutoUni - together with the specialist departments and selected universities - offers relevant training programmes for individual vocational families as interdisciplinary measures.
The events are designed to introduce and discuss current developments in science and industry. The aim is to further advance technical excellence within the vocational families and enable participants to apply the newly acquired know-how in their daily work.
