The work of the IFMV, and the Institute's committee in particular, involves the coordination of teaching and research topics in the area of marketing and sales. The customer is at the focal point of teaching and research activities alike.
During this semester, the focus topic for IFMV events will be "Developments in and interrelationships between customer requirements and mobility concepts". The subjects under investigation will include online marketing, the impact of electric mobility on marketing and sales, the importance of sustainability and new mobility concepts.
The Institute for Marketing and Sales offered its first Cooperative Study Modules in 2011. During 2012, the topics of innovation marketing, sales psychology and sustainability and electric mobility in marketing will be offered in the first instance; further topics are planned.
Following the completion of the "International brand management" and "Strategic alignment" research projects, a new project concerned with new mobility concepts is in preparation. |
